in my opinion, grow the hair a bit, style it with stuff that doesnt give a 'wet look' a matt look looks better, like V05 clay or sumthing like tht, n get rid of the facial hair, or if u do, dont have it like sum hairy snail has slithered over your face lol (no offfence) i hate the slim 'stylish' beards

You look about 25-27. You look good, but maybe try to get a few highlights and go for the spiky, tossled look and let it grow a bit, maybe an inch on top...since you are looking for a change. Clean shaven would look good, you have a good complexion, show it off.
