i want a cute hair style for my school dance on friday. i have blonde, shoulder length, medium thick hair. i want something that is cute, but easy to make. pictures are helpful, but if you don't have one then just try to describe it. thanks. : )

Here is a cute way to style you hair!

1. Brush hair (duh)

2. Brush about a 1 inch section of hair forward (It must be from the center.) so that it hangs in your face like long bangs.

3. Scrape all of your hair into a loose pony tail at the very back of your head.

4. Tease the section at the front. To do this, take a brush and brush your hair in the wrong direction, creating a fuzz.

5. Pull this back carefully, creating a "poof"!

6. Let out the pony tail and, holding tightly, scrape it back into a tighter pony tail a little higher, including the end of your "poof" hair.

7. Secure tightly.

8. Cover the part of the pony tail with a cute heart clip. You can do this by gluing a heart cut out of red or pink construction paper onto a pin. (Or use a heart in a color that matches your dress. You can use felt pens to color on a pattern!)

9. (optional) Curl end of pony tail.

You should side part it, straighten it, then put some oil(hair oil of course) so its simple, cute and shiny.

i think this'll be really cute! all you do is put it in a high pony tail and tease your roots.... its really cute too!

may you please specify what dance are you exactly doing? then it becomes easy so as to advise any hairstyle for you...You can use a clutch or can tie a high ponytail.

for winter formal i put my hair in a pony tail and curled it all. i then rolled the top part of my hair and bobby pinned them to my head. i rolled them in small sections and pinned them so that they would stand up. i left the bottom part long and curly. it took a long time to do because i have thick hair and i wanted it to be pretty curly, but i got a bunch of complements on it in the end. go on youtube for more suggestions and step by step videos. thats where i got my hairstyle and it really helps.
